We have had no HOA manager for over a month. The "emergency" contact info posted at the office goes unanswered. There is no backup contact, no information from management about the situation, leaving all owners in the dark as to what's going on. Meanwhile our pools are closed, gates don't work, damage from last years hurricanes is still waiting to be fixed. I have been promised for 2 years that my deck is supposed to be getting repaired "very soon" while I watch it rot and literally fall apart. Not sure what I am paying HOA ... read more
