Very deceptive business practices. The “retina scan” has become a money making tool for most optometrists. When you sign in, it says you must opt out, which I did with the tech and she scribbled it down. When being examined by the doctor, it was a machine in the room that he pressed in front of me, even though I opted out. Bam- instant cash $$$.Research this machine, it’s a simple way for a optometrist to make cash without having to dilate your eyes. It should be utilized … See more

This is the second year in a row the Norman Oklahoma, Pearle Vision store got my line-bifocals prescription totally wrong.I told them that vision through the glasses was completely blurry, near and far, through both lenses. Checking her screen, she told me the factory put clear glass in the lower 'reader' portion of the lenses...Member of staff then informed me that my vision would improve with wear of these glasses. Said I should just accept them anyway, and wear them … See more

I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE AGAIN I came in December. THEY WERE RUDE. The owner asked me to rewrite the review and come back and get free contacts. So I did, today September 6th. I went to get an exam, and my contact lenses before my birthday. I will never go back. WORST PLACE EVER. They looked at me as if I was a burden or disgusting. The lady processing my contacts told me; they have a NEW policy and they can’t process my contacts and refused to release the authorization on m… See more

The staff is really nice, but the optometrist is not good with little kids. He has no patience with little kids. The staff had more patience and had better manners then the doctor. I don’t recommend this place for your children. I had to take my son elsewhere and had to pay out of pocket because this optometrist charged me even though he did nothing.

They are all so nice and helpful. I haven’t been to the eye doctor in a long time and they answered all my questions (even if some were dumb). Will definitely recommend for others to come here!

Dr. Pierce was friendly, precise, and conversational. He addressed my specific concerns and brought up things that previous eye doctors had never mentioned. Good experience. The staff - especially Debbie, Ilze, and Keith - were warm, friendly, helpful, and courteous. Excellent experience!

I had such great experience going to Pearle Vision in Peabody today. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. They answered my many questions. And helped me with my frame selection since they have so many beautiful styles to chose from. ..Dr. Hamel is very personable and knowledgeable. It was refreshing to find a Doctor that listened and helped me with my painful eye condition that I have been suffering with. I left his office with peace of mind and excitement for… See more

This is a long overdue post. I was a PhD student at the University of North Texas. You don’t make much as a RA/TA; so you make things stretch. It finally came to the point where I needed new glasses. I was going to view some frames here and order online to save money; but the owners worked with me to make something work.I wasn’t charity; I was treated with humanity, dignity, and kindness - like family. The glasses I got were top notch and have the right aspects for my life (e… See more
