Dan is really good. We thought there was a broken pipe so the second floor (living room) ceiling was ruined by water. However, Dan tested everything and he was positive that the toilet valve was leaking (one is much worse than the other). He replaced the toilet valves on 3rd floor (25 years old). It's been going very well since then. Truly saved us quite a lot of money. He also gave us some good advice for fixing the ceiling. Much appreciated!
