It is very nice and well taken care of. It's also quiet but there are a lot of families with kids these days that do reside here. Maybe you guys should think about letting them play outside till about 7 pm or on the weekends. I don't think it is fair not to let children play where we pay to live. Nor is it fair to our children.
This is a nice quiet place to live...
