We closed on our Hudson 55 model Bridgewater home built in the Sonders neighborhood in November of 2025. It has been 3 months post closing when I am writing this review. To start with we have had a great experience with Bridgewater and all the staff (Holly, Nate & Kyle). We feel we are lucky to have had Bridgewater as the builder. We have previously owned 3 different homes in 3 different cities over 30+ years, but this was our first new home build. We really like the floor plans they offer and the quality of work they do. We have enjoyed living in the Camden model. Very nice staff, too!
If you are looking for a new home and want new construction, go immediately to Bridgewater and bypass all the other builders out there. You will not be disappointed. Bridgewater will give you a beautiful home -- solidly built and incredibly energy efficient! While technically Bridgewater is a semi-custom builder, it offers so many options that it’s almost as though you are building a custom home. Holly Braning, at the Sonders development (Bridgewater) is extraordinary!!! I have been in the real estate business for 25 years, however, I never had a home built before. Her communication, PATIENCE, and her demeanor; made me feel confident throughout the process. She is the consummate professional! She even called me during the holiday (I was visiting Ft. Collins) to offer my family a pie!!! She is the greatest!!
We really appreciated Bridgewater’s semi-custom options, the quality of the standard finishes, and the communication from our salesperson , Suzanne Wolfe. As with any new build, there are areas that need attention after closing. Bridgewater was responsive to most of our requests. Suzanne was knowledgeable about the available options, provided input on changes we may be interested in and followed up with the builder for clarification.
