I can’t say enough good about Bridgewater Homes. Everyone is so responsive and helpful at each stage. All personnel are professional and responsive. Awesome organization/builder! They truly stand by their build.
Unfortunately, the contractors they partner with are not up to quality. After living in my house for 3 years, my deck is uneven and my Tharp cabinets look like they have been here a lot longer. Tharp even admitted to the wear being due to their finish that they have since changed but won’t pony up and fix it. Love my huge uneven deck! Kind of surprised the lack of responses from BW on your poor reviews. I bet you’re making massive profits though!
We have been in our Bridgewater home for almost 4 years. We are pleased with the floorplan and the build quality. There were a few minor items to be taken of in the first year but that is typical for any new home build. Bridgewater fixed them all. We looked at several builders outside of the full custom builders (including Toll Brothers) and found Bridgewater to be the best.
I have waited some time to write a review because I was hoping that Bridgewater Homes would do the right thing correct the subpar work and lack of warranty support but that hasn't happened. We were told and sold on the idea that Bridgewater Homes was a premium builder in Northern Colorado but that hasn't been our experience. The sales staff and our experience was fine.
