I don't go to Florence often, but when I do Bridgewater is THE place to eat. Top place for fresh choices including steamed muscles and clams. And I've eaten those all over the world including New England, Italy, and Gulf Coast. The seared Ahi tuna and the smoked salmon is fantastic. The live entertainment is top notch, the ambiance is lively, but still cozy, and the staff is great. All that and reasonable prices.
We had out of town relatives that we were showing around on the coast. We chose this place for dinner. It had been several yrs since my husband and I had eaten there. We were pleasantly surprised by the waiter staff, ombiance and food. We had ordered some oyster shooters and calamari for an appetizer. Both were fresh and delicious. A Fine Place to Eat. When we were there the staff was welcoming and friendly. Courteous and helpful. We will definitely make this a stopping spot on our visit to Florence and the Oregon Coast in the Future. The Seafood Thermadore Was so good. Good size portions. Price was very reasonable for seafood.

Stopped in for lunch while driving up the coast. Excellent! Started off with their fresh sourdough bread appetizer.....I could hardly keep myself from wolfing it down! Wasn't an overly sour bread which is my cup of tea. The garlic butter and pesto dipping spreads were awesome. Last night my wife and I had dinner there, the food was really good, but our service was even better. Overall great experience.
