One of our friends was on a lease of month to month which is what they were told was all they could have and then given a lease months later and told that they had to either pick a lease or months ot month and if they went month to month it would be $159.00 more every month. And this one's a big kicker, very soon they started to put Cincinnati Bell in every apartment fiber optic and they said for your convenience it will be added to your rent!!!!
