I'm happy with Bridgewater Apartments, my apartment could use an upgrade, old-fashioned kitchen but the director is attentive, the maintenance guys are great and the girls in the office are super helpful. The only thing I don't like are all the letters being left on my door that come from corporate (Concord Rents) or all the emails but all in all, not a bad place to live.

While the maintenance staff are nice people, just about everything here is outdated. The A/C breaks a lot, the shower pressure breaks, the countertops weren’t properly installed, etc. There is also a ton of hidden fees living here that they don’t tell you about, so expect your rent to be about $100-$200 more expensive than what’s listed. They raise the rent end of lease AND mid lease, so where you’re living is gonna be way more than what you’re prepared for.
