Editing to add they also do a credit check for $60 that must be approved. Look into these all the time just to remember you can only tour during normal working hours. Which doesnt make sense for a low income apartment. Probably a great place to live but cant find out because they dont work around the working.

This is a special “Thank You” to Alexa and Amanda whom works at Bridgewater Club in Spring Hill Fl. You two have and have continue to be the perfect tag team in helping me in choosing Bridgewater Club and sticking to it after all the obstacles which stood in my way. Some were self induced, others weren’t. So a special shout out with appreciation to you both and Bridgewater in general.

I’m a current resident of Bridgewater Club Apartments and I must say that I’m very pleased with David and Bobby; who both handle the maintenance on the property! They actually care about the residents needs when it comes to fixing issues in a timely manner. Thank you both for your hard work. I really appreciate it.
