Very efficient service and I was impressed that they listened to my concern and then really worked on finding the issue even though I was there for an oil change. Employees are always so nice too.
Maria is amazing to work with! She answered all of my questions and got me into a safe SUV. I felt like I was in great hands from the beginning to the end. I highly recommend using her expertise when purchasing a vehicle.
I took my Chevy Silverado in for a safety recall. They claimed to have done half of the recall work in 2019. They said that the vacuum pump needed to be replaced. Even though the dash indicators stated Stabilitrak and trailer towing lights. They never checked the wheel speed sensors, which was suggested ine recall. I purchased a brand-new 2025 Suburban High Country for nearly $100k from Bridgewater Chevrolet and have since encountered significant issues with the dealership’s mishandling of registration and compliance requirements. I recently purchased a vehicle from this location and I was assisted and taken care of by Maria, she was so sweet. She listened to all my concerns I had and choose a beautiful car that fits me and my family so well. She walked me through everything and took her time with us. She even called me a few days after to check on me and make sure i didnt have any other questions, she is truly an amazing woman and sales rep. Again thank you sooo much Maria for all ur help !!
