I wanted to concur with a previous review that portions of the building smell like urine, if management ever ventured further out of the “office” her eyes might find sights like these(see photos). The carpet was “cleaned” in June, when it probably should’ve been ripped out. Also, the parking garage IS cramped with an accident waiting to happen—safety was disregarded when 2 spots were added in a low visibility “intersection” in the name of profit. The amount of parking available compared to the capacity of the building is lac... read more

It has become increasingly more frustrating to live here. When envisioning “luxury” property (aka paying a LOT to live here), you might imagine high quality service and spaces, and maybe even service recovery when something goes wrong. “Luxury" at Bridgewalk translates to extremely strict policies with signs everywhere stating what you cannot do, and excessive fines for minor incidents (e.g., $25 if you forget to break down one box in the recycling). The two individuals who gave us a tour of the building were very kind, and I love the modern look of the apartment. It's also located in a nice area. I'm still trying to figure out the rates for the utilities since they are through a third party, but aside from that, I am definitely considering BridgeWalk for a future living space.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I have a one bedroom, 700 square foot unit and my “utilities” are $70 a month. I pay $8.95 for “rent credit reporting.” I live on the second floor and the people above me sound like they are herding cattle when they walk across the floor. Dog barking in the unit below me starts at 6 am. The rent prices are too high for these nickel and dime charges and poor insulation. Live and learn.

I have been living at Bridgewalk Apartments coming up on one year. I just renewed my lease for 15 months so I decided to do an updated review so New prospects would see it and have the experience of someone who has lived at the property for a year. The construction of the building is very solid, which is hard to find with all the modern construction I'm seeing going up in Waukesha County. Most importantly the staff is great they put up with different personalities of tenants, respond to requests almost immediately. Which is ... read more
