Don’t accept an apartment here unless they have permanent staffing the slow one said I didn’t pay rent for a full year even though I was coming in with a money order every month to pay rent in person and given a receipt for the incorrect amount every month. I didn’t fight for the apartment because they are slum lords and the community is no where near safe my bathroom sink fell on the floor in September 2023 and no one came to repair it until the day I was “evicted” for non payment and that was in May 2024. This apartment complex shows openings and even sets up tours for the place then don't honor them. I have been to this place three times in the last 2 months no one ever answers the office door....EVER and they never answer the phone. How is it that you are renting apartments as well as managing a property and no one can get in touch with you not even a tenant trying to pay her rent!! true story!! don't even bother with these apartments they clearly don't honor anything not even a tour or collecting a rent payment look elsewh... read more
