I like my apartment been here since 2017 but the office staff keeps switching up they are rude and I was treated like shit these ppl never had a problem out of me until today when they temp got rude with me and hung up on me twice and I went into the office and they automatically took the temp side like I stated I lived here since 2017 my apartment has been shot up twice by stray bullets and im on the second floor the second time I was sleep and grazed by a bullet in my bed asked to be replaced never happen nothing was done ... read more
Some of the workers are cool inside office and some or not they be having nasty attitudes like they don't want to their jobs it's difficult getting help from certain people in office they never know nothing they don't try to help you it's just they don't know. That place is crazy. I put in an application they denied me one of the reasons was background and credit... All those criminal live round there. That's crazy and they talk about credit check but for what when they do even fix anything. Then when they send out a note for inspection they never come.
Don’t accept an apartment here unless they have permanent staffing the slow one said I didn’t pay rent for a full year even though I was coming in with a money order every month to pay rent in person and given a receipt for the incorrect amount every month. I didn’t fight for the apartment because they are slum lords and the community is no where near safe my bathroom sink fell on the floor in September 2023 and no one came to repair it until the day I was “evicted” for non payment and that was in May 2024.
