Very well managed building and are very clean
The management team in this building are phenomenal—responsive, conscientious, and kind. Any time I’ve had a question or a maintenance request, they’ve responded quickly and with genuine care. The building itself is spotless, well-maintained, and feels safe and welcoming. It’s clear they take pride in creating a positive environment for residents. Living here has been such a stress-free experience, and my partner and I feel grateful to have such dedicated managers (Sharon, Lynn and Steven!) who truly go above and beyond!
Last year, Bridgeview's building management team (Sharon) made our cross country trek (Ontario to BC) worry free by: providing informative emails to secure an apartment, confirm earlier apartment access; and, attending to our needs during our move into our new apartment. While our first year here was mostly without any issues, Sharon, Lynn and Steven were instrumental in ensuring our small problems were addressed quickly.
