The management team in this building are phenomenal—responsive, conscientious, and kind. Any time I’ve had a question or a maintenance request, they’ve responded quickly and with genuine care. The building itself is spotless, well-maintained, and feels safe and welcoming. It’s clear they take pride in creating a positive environment for residents. Living here has been such a stress-free experience, and my partner and I feel grateful to have such dedicated managers (Sharon, Lynn and Steven!) who truly go above and beyond!

Last year, Bridgeview's building management team (Sharon) made our cross country trek (Ontario to BC) worry free by: providing informative emails to secure an apartment, confirm earlier apartment access; and, attending to our needs during our move into our new apartment. While our first year here was mostly without any issues, Sharon, Lynn and Steven were instrumental in ensuring our small problems were addressed quickly. I had the pleasure of living at the Shoreview for 3 years during my early 20's. It is a beautifully renovated 1970's building with midcentury modern decor throughout. There is a well kept, seasonal outdoor pool, an awesome gym with everything you need. The building has spacious suites that feature high ceilings and generous patios. Summer time was so much fun at the pool, meeting the neigbours and hanging out. What a fun time in my life. I look back with much happiness. Thanks, Shoreview/Realstar Property MGMT!
