They had one guy managing the rooms for 3 hotels, which meant any time I had an issue and needed to go to the office, I had to drive or walk to a different hotel. The rooms are built so dirt cheap that you have to actually step up into the rooms, and the doors need to be pulled closed with force. Walls are paper thin, so I hope you enjoy the sounds of whatever freaky stuff your neighbors get up to. Mine decided to have loud relations at 11pm. 0/10 do not recommend. The location was nice with a bridge view, however that is all this place has to offer. Worst bed I’ve ever slept on. Felt like the springs were coming right thru the mattress. Very tiny bathroom and the shower head was no more than 5ft tall. Dirty windows ruined the view. Save your back and your wallet and pass on this place. Oh and I found someone else’s belongings inside the dresser on the last day when I was looking for a laundry bag. Which seriously made me question how well they clean…

My cat got lost here and until someone that worked with the family that owns these dumps was present, no one helped. I extended thru weekend to find cat and found it that day and they refused to refund me extra days, knowing that’s the one reason I stayed. Pigeons everywhere. Floor filthy, and open utility doors everywhere. Breeding ground for rats and other wild animals.

The best part about the room was the King bed was comfortable. Room size OK. Entry light didn’t work. Insufficient lighting in the room. Shower fan/light was obnoxiously noisy. AC is undersized. Almost all the hotels in the area had vacancy - could likely get a “good” deal to just show up and shop, and NOT book in advance. I would not recommend.

Rooms were nice. The advertisement is not accurate at all. The indoor/outdoor pool is empty and looks to be that way for some time. The one water park that was offered was only operating half way and never received any discounts for restaurants. Also Zach at the front desk is quite rude and should not be in a job dealing with people. Should have read the rest of the reviews before booking.
