We’ve lived here for less than a year, and unfortunately, we’re already extremely disappointed. I have had many complaints to make within the first week of living here. This is one of the most expensive parks in the Fox Valley, and just yesterday we received another rent increase. Buying our new home has been a great experience. The community offered a financing option and totally helped us navigate the process for purchasing our first home. Everyone from sales, signing and even maintenance has been excellent to work with!
Outrageous fee increases. Our lot fees went up 30% over the last three years. They are pricing out their own customers. What are all these old folks on fixed incomes supposed to do? Shame on you.
