Bridgeview and LCM have been phenomenal! My wife and I lived here for 4 years and Building 6 prior to that. Maintenance is extremely friendly and knowledgeable usually responding to requests within a couple of hours. Jessica’s an awesome building manager. They do a great job of prioritizing tenet retention by keeping rent raises very minimal. Highly recommend to anyone looking in the area!
Nice place to be in Milwaukee. Highly recommend it. Close enough to the third ward and walkers point so everything is in walking distance. Right near a major bus stop in case you want to use public transport. Olydia's shuttle bus to the Brewers is only a block away too. Several coffee shops on the way to work. Bridgeview has been an exceptional residential experience, with the best property manager (Jessica), for the past 3 years. We're actually sad to be moving. The location, the quality of the property, and the regularly scheduled maintenance/care for the building were exceptional. Also, communications about residential service requests or updates about the building were consistent, timely, informative, and always supportive/helpful. I’ve lived here for about 4 years and words can’t express how wonderful the time was! The apartments are gorgeous, the location is great, the landlord is so friendly and helpful, and the maintenance staff is friendly and efficient. I have no complaints from my time here! I was truly sad to have to leave. 100% recommend these apartments!
Great property manager and exceptional quick maintenance response. Also very thick walls and good construction, I never hear my neighbors! Location is walkable to everything. Parking security is wonderful.
