I’ve lived here for about 4 years and words can’t express how wonderful the time was! The apartments are gorgeous, the location is great, the landlord is so friendly and helpful, and the maintenance staff is friendly and efficient. I have no complaints from my time here! I was truly sad to have to leave. 100% recommend these apartments!
Great property manager and exceptional quick maintenance response. Also very thick walls and good construction, I never hear my neighbors! Location is walkable to everything. Parking security is wonderful.
Absolutely spectacular place to live in the Third Ward. Beautiful property with many amenities and fantastic management company that is quick to respond to any questions or concerns! Highly recommend for anyone looking to live in the Third Ward without paying an absurd amount in rent.
