RecommendedFriendly staff, always making improvements, they respond to concerns quickly, good amenities.
Everything is awesome from the staff to the apartments and maintenance is always responsive. There's a community center with a pool table and 2 flatscreen TVs which is also rentable for parties. There's a pool and nicely landscaped facility. Bedrooms are large only drawback is kitchen is small and apartments are drafty. The community of people are friendly and helpful. And we always feel safe and secure.
I'm so glad my boyfriend an I choose Bridgeview apartments. Living here is like being on vacation and never having to go home. Living here at Bridgeview has made me really appreciate Allentown an I moved here in Allentown June of 94. The view is mouth watering with all of the large windows. I literally only have to go out for food. Our apartment has everything a washer and dryer, garbage disposal, and I nice large bacony. There's an abundance amount of space in my apartment. I moved into this apartment complex November of last year and have to say overall it is a nice place to live. My unit is an upgraded unit with new appliances and a washer and dryer which I have to say is amazing. A negative about this complex is that they take to long to put down salt on the side walks and parking lots. I am pregnant so that was really concerning to me I even fell once. Other than that they are really good with maintenance help when needed in the individual units.
We like living here because the place is quite and maintenance is good. Also Tracey and Dennis are very helpful. The gym and clubroom are nice.
I've lived in Bridgeview for over a year now and it's great! The walls must be thick because I never hear anyone above or to the sides of me. They are constantly working on a project to update the building which is great BUT my rent keeps going up because of it. My rent has increased by $50 a month since I moved in. This is the first time I have rented a place so I'm not sure if that's normal. Another downfall is that I wouldn't walk around outside at night as the neighborhood down the street is a bit sketchy.
