I recently worked with Lacy Peacock in the leasing office to find just the right apartment. I found her to be knowledgable, warm and friendly, not to mention kind, gracious, and patient. As of March 19, 2026, RPM Living became the new owners of the property. During their short time, the property is noticeably not as clean as when the company was owned by the previous company and their amazing team (Chris, Taylor, and Malik). The trash cans are always overflowing with trash, the elevators and lobby have the same trash in the floor daily. I have been here for the last 3 years and have absolutely loved it. Apartment is spacious and the amenities are great- I use the gym multiple times a week and it is always kept clean, and the pool/grill area is very nice too. But best of all has been the management team- Chris, Taylor, and Malik are the absolute best and were always there to help with anything I needed. They truly treated this place like their home and made sure it was always well run, clean, etc for all of us. I will miss them dearly!
