A 7.5 percent rent increase is horrible. The new company is causing people to leave. Not happy at all.

Omg...the decline. The trash piling up, the pool overrun, the aggressive dogs I avoid as I walk my 7lb dog who has no survival skills but think he's gonna protect me.
