Don’t live here. Ever since they got bought out this place is a shit show. Issues left and right in our apartment. Landlord special ‘renovations’ Currently our fire alarm lights has been going off since 2PM with no send in sight. We won’t even be able to sleep tonight. Got no courtesy email or anything from management about what is going on. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere!!
A 7.5 percent rent increase is horrible. The new company is causing people to leave. Not happy at all.
I've been holding off hoping things would get better. My conscience has begun to bother me not speaking out. Since March there are new owners, new management. Willow Bridge to the current RPM Living. Omg...the decline. The trash piling up, the pool overrun, the aggressive dogs I avoid as I walk my 7lb dog who has no survival skills but think he's gonna protect me.
