I had a really positive experience moving in here. The pricing is very competitive, especially considering the variety of floor plan options available. The standout feature is the location right along the river, which makes for nice views and walks. It’s a big plus if you enjoy being near the water. I applied for an apartment at Bridgetown. My application was denied. I asked for my $300 deposit back the very next day, three times, and they tell me it was forfeited. HOW? That is bad business. So disappointing. If I could leave zero stars I would have
The management and staff are friendly and helpful. The lobby is clean and the view from the outdoor patio is beautiful. Location is nice and a short walk away from shopping.
I’ve tried to see this property and get a tour but the lady on the phone says I have to apply first. Zero customer service experience. Super unprofessional and very hostile when speaking with their customer service call center.
Baddest experience i have ever had. No communication at all went there 4 times, first 2 times no one was in office so couldn’t get entered in building 3rd time entered but no one was in office. Once found lady in office but she refused to show appartments.
