If your disabled and or have a pet. Live on floor 2 thru 6. When the fire alarm is signaling its time to go, the elevator are turned off. Also, lack of management or staff on duty Monday thru Saturday. Otherwise, it's okay. The bridge is nice to look at. :^) But, the racing cars all day and night up there I can live without! ;^(
This building is poorly managed, unsafe, STINKY, and has continued to decline over the years. If I could give zero stars, I would. You are required to pay for parking, but can never access your assigned spot (if they’re still assigning them) because parking isn’t monitored. Every time I came home from work or running errands, someone was parked in my spot. When this issue was brought to management, they’d gloss over it and give excuses. Unsafe and poorly managed—avoid at all costs! Bridgetown Lofts is a complete mess. The garage door is always broken, leading to constant car break-ins, and the elevator is out of service most of the time. Packages are stolen regularly, and the building’s cameras are conveniently only working where management parks their car in the garage—not in the areas where they’re actually needed.
