I have been coughing for over 6 years. Dr. Hopewell is the first doctor that took me seriously, listened, and has a plan to help me. In the past I have been given inhalers, allergy medication , been ordered to get a chest xray, and told to take reflux medicine. Nothing worked. Dr. Hopewell assured me that she can help me. I am so excited because I feel like there could finally be an end to my chronic coughing. She is amazing and I am so thankful I found her.
My visits to Dr. Hopewell have always been delightful, even before she moved to Plano. Her staff, the receptionist and nurse assistant, are all personable. Dr. Hopewell herself is highly knowledgeable, patient, and understanding. The entire team deserves a perfect five stars.
Dr. Hopewell is great. Listens. Very friendly. Personable. Very professional. Explains things in an easy to understand manner. Staff is great as well.
