Would not recommend. This is the second time Bridget (the owner) has changed my style last time. To see she still has the same ways in 2025 as 2021 is very disappointing. Every time I ask for a specific color in advance she says she’ll make sure to have it. I send reminders the beginning of the week of my appointment and she says she’ll have it and then the day before my appointment she always says “I don’t have it” or “the hair store doesn’t have it”. I went to have braided . I ask the hair tech can I use my own gel pureOnatural neat braid to braid my hair, which was better than Jam .Bridgette the owner told me she couldn’t use it. Because I didn’t want to use Jam product. I wasn’t service .Sad for this to be a braiding salon, they need to educate themselves on products.
