Tom at the counter is extremely disrespectful. I was sitting there for over 5-10 mins he was ignoring me. Been a customer for well over 5 years. Always had to deal with Tom being a jerkoff.

They are the best. I travel from Delaware to get their help and they deliver every time. They make it, fix it and stand by it when it’s done.

I love the shop, I love the people, but since the bridgestone takeover, the hoses are garbage. They switched to flextral hoses and fittings and the hoses just dont hold up. The jackets arent abrasion resistant at all.They are fine if the hoses dont move, but if they are going on a machine where the hose will see any movement, any friction, or pulleys, dont waste your time because you'll be doing the job again in 3-6 months. Friendly, knowledgeable staff helped me solve a problem with an unavailable, proprietary fuel hose on a crane. They came up with an economical, quick and permanent solution that hot us up and running before lunchtime.
