If you're thinking about working with this listing agent, I strongly advise against it. My experience was incredibly negative; he was unprofessional and disrespectful throughout the entire process. It felt like a nightmare from start to finish. He was dishonest and untrustworthy, often trying to mislead me instead of being transparent about each step.
Marshal and his team are great. Marshal will fight very hard and never give up on trying to get you the best deal. Tamela is awesome.. she is very knowledgeable and understanding when she showed us houses. Thanks Mary for never giving up on me.
