I’m new here, but I can say that from the moment I went to see the apartments, I fell in love with the property. I love the common areas and the lakes—everything looks very clean, and it has a very family-friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
The service call for installation of the kitchen went well.
Updating throughout my lease. Cons: Electric Bill. February was 350 and March is 475. Maintenance told me to my face the wiring was incorrect for our heating system which caused it to run more than it should. The electric company said the high bill was due to heat as well. When talking to the office they had them come double check to make sure all is well.
