0/10 – Absolutely Do Not Recommend I moved into Bridgestone Apartments and had to move out in less than 24 hours due to a severe roach infestation. It was immediately clear that the unit had not been cleaned prior to my arrival, and worse, I later learned that both management and maintenance were already aware of the infestation before I moved in—and still allowed me to take the unit. Today my car got opened and someone stole stuffs inside, called the office and saying they cant do anything and more tenants experienced it too...... If we can have a security driving around or have a assigned parking near to our apartment..... this area should be safe but letting outsiders coming here and steal our stuffs inside the car is crazy!!!! Call well over 20+ times to schedule a tour, even left messages, no response. Showed up even twice! Before closing hrs (5pm on a weekday), with the office closed. I even waited patiently with the benefit of the doubt that they were out doing other tours, I couldn't wait all day. Get more employees because this is ridiculous
