Extremely rude! A guy or female can’t tell by the voice picked up the phone, cut me off while asking a question in regards to my vehicles tires to ask if I have “An 18-wheeler”, the moment I answered “no I do not” the representative proceed to yell out the word “BYE” & hung up! I called back immediately and politely asked to speak with a manager and of course got hung up on once again by the same sales representative.
