First time going in to this Firestone location. I do not regret it! Service Advisor Tom Traxel was very friendly and patient with me. I came in to get tires replaced with a price in mind. Tom was good at explaining and showing the differences between online prices with in-store prices, and giving the reasons why. I always bring my car here - the guys are honest and their work is always fast. The shop manager always takes care of me and my car.
Tom good work on my Tires and Replaced my struts and axel assembly. A bit pricey but I’m happy with the job.
