If I could give 0 stars I would. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. My husband initially called to make an appointment for me to get my spark plugs changed and was quoted around $275 for a 6 cylinder car by the manager Jeff. I show up to my appointment the next week and was told 30 minutes after they started working on my car that the initial quote was wrong and it was now going to take more than 2 hours to complete the job and the price would go up to $750! Had a great experience at the Firestone on Archer Rd in Gainesville. They were quick with the service and very honest and detailed about what was needed. Highly recommend. Andrew Chad were in the lobby and very friendly and knowledgeable
Ok here is the thing Brian manager was awesome had issues with car making sound even after going week ago to firestone another person said i needed struts I get those replaced at trusted garage and still have noise. I go back to firestone now to be told now its the sway bar link and that other sound was from place that did my struts which I kinda figured it was.
