I think by all the reviews it’s a common connection this program is not to be highly rated or trusted with their providers or employees. I was non-complied because I asked to file a formal grievance and they took it as threatening legal matters. A lot of women are victims themselves, but also extremely knowledgeable and do not need to be treated with such dehumanizing behavior. A lot of us have phds, doctors, etc., I’m one of those. Horrible experience here, absolutely traumatic. They are not trauma-informed and I couldn’t believe it. Stay away if you have young ones. In reply - that answered none of the concerns. And I’d love to see the criteria for your trauma-informed training, as my family member was belittled, threatened and abused in your program. We want no further contact nor comments .
I had such high hopes. My very first "meeting" I explained that a lot of the subjects were triggering due to my past abuse. The "lady" running the group session literally told me that my past abuse doesn't matter.. ONLY matters why I'm there, which i told her I'm 100% accountable for. She STILL said that my past abuse doesn't matter. I would love to finish this class, but the people running the class don't seem to care about helping you have a healthier lifestyle.
