I was extremely disappointed by my experience with this company. I was told that termite inspections were conducted every six months. When I asked for the dates of those inspections, I was told the salesperson had just started working there and that perhaps someone had come onto my property to inspect without announcing themselves. Run, don't walk away from this company. They won't take care of your property and have a pathetically passive aggressive attitude when called out. I ended up paying them a lot of money and got nothing for it. Then I had to go do my own pest control and had the honor of being talked down to by customer service.

I was in the parking lot at the Ingles in Locust Grove with my 4-year-old daughter today when the driver of one of your company vehicles sped through the parking lot while we were crossing. We had the right-of-way, yet instead of waiting, the driver revved the engine, which startled and frightened my daughter. There was absolutely no reason for this behavior.
