Salesman Christopher was extremely nice until I told him I wanted to cancel service due to me finding a company that could get it done quicker. After that I was completely ignored and told by him that they would charge me a percentage even though there was nothing on the contract that stated that because I canceled before the three day window. I called Rocket pest control, and they came and sprayed twice for bed bugs, which they told me that we found them early enough that they were not bad and that they have seen worse, that was good to hear. they charge me about 2,000. And They were not gone we still had them even by the second spray. I called them out again they told me I would have to pay again and the great news was that i only had to pay half of what it would of cost me in the initial spray because we had to be getting them frome somewhere. Very crazy that I can get my credit card charged about 15 times before I get a call or email regarding my statement that hasn’t been paid. I am on low income and at this point you’re taking my money from a disabled person. If I am owing you money you need to call and express that not charge random cards which is actually against the law to do , I will never use this place again. The communication was very poor. Isabel was fantastic and provided excellent customer service. She explained everything in detail and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs considering we have 18-1/2 year old fur babies. She was prompt at returning phone calls and getting the documents over needed to establish new customer status.
