They charge $1000 for overpriced termite station "total investment" but soon as you end recurring service charges after it is all paid for they come and pull them up as "their property". No bond offerred. So what did I invest in? Nothing. This is the sort of straight up scammy own nothing subscription model nonsense that is becoming all too common. Youre better off going with another company or doing it yourself.
We have a new construction home with a termite contract through this company. They installed the boxes shortly before closing and submitted the report. They should have returned in November 2024 to do the 1 year inspection, but never did. I got a notification they wanted to do it on July 1st, 2025. No one showed up on my ring camera dor the inspection, yet I get an inspection report from Christopher Caputo that the inspection was done in 20 seconds with no notes. Terrible customer service. No representative that answered could provide adequate answers or explain pest control plans. Requested a call from a supervisor, never spoke with a supervisor. They were supposed to do quarterly inspections and did not come close to completing.

Salesman Christopher was extremely nice until I told him I wanted to cancel service due to me finding a company that could get it done quicker. After that I was completely ignored and told by him that they would charge me a percentage even though there was nothing on the contract that stated that because I canceled before the three day window.
