They turned the lights off while we were still dining. No walkthru to make sure all patrons were gone. No warning or announcement.

After a long week of travel and getting ready to fly out in the morning, we were looking for a relaxing and good meal to finish our day with. What we found at the Bridges is what we strive for in life. Standing behind your product and taking ownership of a mistake. We are not perfect people and we all make mistakes.
