I can't recommend this office enough. From the second I walk in, the front desk team makes me feel welcome—they’ve been so helpful with the insurance and scheduling. I’ve been seeing Haylee for a while now, and she is truly wonderful. She always takes the time to actually listen, and I walk out feeling heard and genuinely cared for. If you're looking for a supportive environment, this is it!
Part 1...It started off well as the practice is open and light. Everyone seemed nice and friendly. They were accommodating with virtual and in person appointments. I opted to switch my psychiatrist to their practice,b it i did not hear anything from them for over 3 weeks despite several calls and texts. In the middle of switching my psychiatrist over, my therapist flipped a reverse on my therapy.
