Dr. Marci and the staff at Bridges have taken amazing care of my boys (who are not easy to work with I might add). They treat us like royalty and I wouldn’t trust my babies with anyone else. They are amazing, always so sweet, caring, and understanding. I just can’t thank them enough for keeping my sweet babies happy and healthy.
I have known Dr Roxanne Taylor for over 20 years. Her love of animals is very evident. She is lovely and Caring. She will take as much time needed to help you understand whatever it is that is going on with your pets. She has an amazing amount of knowledge,I am always so impressed when go for a visit. Even though I have moved almost a hour away, I will always travel the distance to have her care for my Pets, it's simply a peace of mind.
Dr. Taylor is amazing and this clinic was worth the drive from Jacksonville. I would highly recommend them!
Honestly so disappointed. I wish this wasn't the only vet in the area that treats reptiles. We never get calls when important and EXPENSIVE lab tests come in. We didn't even get a reminder call for an appointment, let alone a call when we missed the appointment(thought it was in the afternoon, not the morning)! We were told a fecal test would be done on a fresh sample that our sick beardie happily provided on the exam table, it NEVER got done. We've already lost one beardie under their care. Best of the best with a bird from my nest..as always Dr. Taylor was professional, answered all my mom-parrot questions, and I cannot stress enough...takes the time a loving animal carer needs��
Our Bearded Dragons were cared for and treated so amazingly gentle, considering the reason we were there. Thor likes his doctor.
