My company rented me a two bedroom apartment. I lived there only one week when my mother got sick. I had to leave town to be with her. My company moved someone else in to finish the lease. When I moved in I put a $350.00 non refundable pet deposit down plus a $150.00 refundable pet deposit. When I moved they promised me I would get back my $150.00. Very nice place, BUT. After I moved out, I only got 1/4 of my deposit back due to cleaning. My apartment was SPOTLESS when I left. I got charged for carpet cleaning even though I already had that done and charged for replacing drip pans that I never used.
