It's not as nice as they are trying to make it out to be. The apartments are nice, but it can get noisy, my neighbors fight, scream and smoke. It's supposed to be smoke free, but there is no follow through. It's not gated. I've been here since June and the gates have never worked. They accept section 8. The common areas inside are not kept clean. I've been told for months they were waiting for batteries for the vacuum backpacks. I have been here since december 18' and while it was freshly remodeled and beautiful upgrades, the staff pretty decent,but they have water bill every month...smh its always a problem when paying the water bill too. The environment is now tarnished since they filled up from tornado, it use to have secured gates and doors but now the door either always propt like the gate...main reason i figured rent was so high for the projects...im so upset because i actually thought this was gonna be home but I'm no longer wanting to come h... read more

Major change I will say back in the 90's and early 2000 this aparments had there up and downs, and the crime was bad, and i never thought to look at these apartments now. Bridges of pine creek did a 720 spin and they look damn good. You have friendly people, good environment, the staff and manger does a wonderful and making there people happy and safe View Less
Very nice apartment very respectful management and very quiet and secure area
The property manager was very nice. She took her time to show me around although it was raining. The apartment that i saw i would definitely recommend to anyone. The environment is peaceful. This will sure be my new home!!
