This program is robbing these people blind, the staff are stealing the residents money, they can't receive anything to help themselves, it's just another way to collect money for whatever uses they want. They tell you to find a job, you get hired, then they tell you, you can't wk that job, because the way the pay was set up, basically direct deposit to them only. I was at my lowest in my life and because of this place I'm alive today and have reached a year clean so far! I wouldn't have the sober life and amazing job that I have today without this place! Thank you all to Bridges of Iowa!
I couldn’t be more proud of working for anyone like I do Bridges of Iowa. My coworkers are amazing, and the program is very effective. I am grateful I get to help the clients get a second chance at life and to witness them find joy again.
My son was court ordered there, 6months later 3 days from going out on his own. He was put in jail. Blackmailed into signing off an aggreivance by a asst. Director Nate. An set up after setup by Corey summers another crooked staff member. Good program but an I say but very bad staff. I will tell me later because I have a bunch of facts against staff memembers here documented
I really enjoyed working for this company for a while and had a lot of good memories, and a great support from coworkers. However; I noticed that once you do get certified for this job you will get piled on with so many things that you can’t do everything in one day or even in a week! I felt like things were very micromanaged and that at times you were gaslighted by the supervisors.
