This business is a joke, the guy cant stay on top on his work. Ignores phone calls, cant leave a VM cuz his inbox is always full, always making up excuses on why it takes so long and completely leaves you on read even their facebook page leaves you on read. They dont want to do business they just want to waste your time. Also never heard of a real estate agency that takes straight cash, so shandy.

This was my first time with the home buying process and Kass was an absolute gem. I had reached out on Zillow on Wednesday evening and she contacted me that night. By the next day, we toured 5 homes and this was the week before Thanksgiving.
