Beautiful and spacious townhomes…. Luckily my experience has been different from others who live here.
When I first moved in I did not receive any parking passes but they enforce towing. My vehicle kept getting towed countless times; after complaining they finally issued me a parking pass (which I feel should have been given to me on day 1). Ceiling was completely black due to mold and flooring was coming up. Also, my biggest issue is the mice. I just moved in and I’m loving it! Stephanie Neal was my leasing agent and she was amazing! She communicated with me and made sure everything was perfect before moving in. She does her job so well and I’m so thankful I had her to help with the process!
I used to like this place; however, management is terrible now. They don't listen to your concerns. They don't return phone calls. They don't even answer the phone. I have been living here over a 1 1/2 years, and the only person who USED to act like they cared was Ayanna. Apartment upstairs from me flooded, leaving my bathroom ceiling and bedroom ceiling stained.
