For some reason I have been making the same work order regarding the water faucet in the kitchen and they don't seem to to want to fix. I have made over 6 work orders in the last six months regarding the same issue
Been here 2 years and updating my rating. The staff was great until a few weeks ago. My own neighbor attempted to get into my apartment while I was home which was the craziest thing that ever happened to me. I was terrified so I reached out to the office and left a message for the supposed courtesy officers as they were not onsite at the time of the incident. They were kind, but the office was locked most of the day and no one returns phone calls. This is telling of what current residents go through. The units were nice and fairly priced.
From the office staff to the maintenance man. They're always polite and accurate with Accommodating us with what we need fixed in our appointment.
