Posting for my aunt: I have taken my cat to them for over 10 years. He had very high anxiety and couldn't travel in the car far. No one would give him any anxiety pill for him to come to them, so I wound up here because it is the closest. My cat was a very tall and long cat so he weighed more. He also had a stomach hernia from being abused when he was a kitten. Dr Benson was always telling me he needed to loose weight. She was never nice to him and always treated me like she had better things to do. On June 12th I took him in to get shaved. He was almost 13 so it was getting harder for him in the litter box. He was having panic attacks so they said that they would give him anesthesia and do it. They then told me it would be over in an hour. They didnt call me for 5 hours! They told me he calmed right done after I left and they didnt use the anesthesia. I got his records after and they said that they did indeed use anesthesia! When we got home he was limping/not gripping on one side. They gave him a pedicure that I hadnt asked for, so I thought maybe it was that. He kept getting worse. I got him back in. It took about a half hour just to get into a room. We could hear them saying that I was back and wanted to know what to say to me. I was just about to open the door on them, when an aid came in. She took all his vitals. He had lost over 5lbs in a couple of months! I told them again what was going on. She had walk over to me. What do you know? He ran limping on the one side! She went to get the Doc. We had to wait another 20 minutes. We could hear them again. Dr Benson finally came in and said that he must have had a stroke after he left them! She told us they didnt us anesthesia again and kept saying he was fine when he was with them, but because he was so old and fat that is why. I told her he had lost 5 lbs. She said that wasnt good enough. He needed to lose 2 more. She told me she would give him morphine for cats and to give him baby asprin. She then basically shoved us out saying that was all they could do. I gave him his meds and he got to the point where I had to put him to sleep the next week. I had Heritage animal hospital do it. They were absolutely wonderful. They even came to my house to do it. I wish I would have known about them earlier. I would have risked the panicking in the car to get there. My cat might still be here and healthy.

They take good care of my best friend (except I didn’t like that the chip I had inserted migrated to his shoulder. I wanted it removed to prevent future complications and was a little upset they were going to charge me to remove it. But in the end they removed it for free) They really have taken good care of Charlie Redd though. I trust them with literally my BEST friend.

I am living in Logan for work and one of the worst things that could ever happen to a dog owner happened to me. My 2 year old border collie got hurt at work. I am not sure what happened but I think she got ran over by a vehicle at a state park. I called Bridgerland Cache Veterinary clinic and they got Reba in immediately. I am very pleased and thankful for the quick, compassionate and professional care received by this veterinary hospital. All of the staff were kind, thoughtful and understanding. I can't say enough good things about this clinic. I highly recommend and hope I don't have to come back, but my mind is at ease knowing there is such a wonderful place to take my loved ones where they will absolutely receive the best care. Thank you so much. With lots of love Kc Hansen and Reba ♥️

I have worked closely with Drs Benson and Gibson in the care of my animals (dogs, cats, and horses), and am overjoyed with the results. The veterinarians, technicians, and office staff at this clinic have gone above & beyond the call of duty again and again. I trust these folks with the lives of my favorite critters and have never questioned their dedication. I strongly believe that these folks are some of the best and recommend them to everyone.

We had an emergency visit last night with Dr Benson with our Brittany spaniel that was struggling to breath. She was amazing! We are so grateful for her loving care and our girl is on the mend. Thank you!

Would not recommend this vet. My boyfriend took his dog here two times in one week, the second time his dog passed away within 3 hours of being back from the vet. They had blood work and x-rays done, then after being told his dog was just was dehydrated, he died. After going back and asking for more information about why he could have died, the veterinarians brushed it off and said they must have missed something. The very least they could have done for my boyfriend was give him a refund for the more than $600 spent just for his dog being misdiagnosed.
