I unfortunately had the opportunity to live at Bridger Pointe in 2024. This easily was the worst apartment I have ever lived at. They constantly tack on really high fees for things like cleaning the common area which was always covered in trash and dog poop. It was so bad we trash landmarks and would notice when they would move around the apartment complex. Amazing staff & Maintenance crew.
Live in northpoint apartments. Next to bridgerpoint. Same owners. I wouldn't recommend either.
So far, the property manager has been quick to respond to inquiries while I'm trying to find a place to rent. They have worked with me despite my poor credit, and am flabbergasted at how many people hate this place. I have a small following on Tiktok of 51k followers, and I plan on making a series about how the entire process goes. Everything has been smooth sailing so far.
