Live in northpoint apartments. Next to bridgerpoint. Same owners. I wouldn't recommend either.
So far, the property manager has been quick to respond to inquiries while I'm trying to find a place to rent. They have worked with me despite my poor credit, and am flabbergasted at how many people hate this place. I have a small following on Tiktok of 51k followers, and I plan on making a series about how the entire process goes. Everything has been smooth sailing so far.
DO NOT MOVE HERE. Worst apartment I have lived in by far. Management is horrible. False advertised units. False advertised amenities. Hot tub has not been open for months (since we've moved in). $300-400 worth of fees on top of base rent NOT even including utilities. Totally ridiculous.
Recently moved out after living there for Two years, they raised the “base” rent after each year and the fees also went up making the price for a small two bedroom apartment almost $2000 after every thing. My heating and cooling broke multiple times throughout my stay and was slow to be fixed and was not notified when they did fix it. I recently moved into Bridger Pointe Apartments and have been extremely disappointed with my experience. Upon arrival, the apartment was in a deplorable state, with human bodily fluids present in the bathrooms, even after two attempts by their cleaning staff. Despite moving from out of state based on their online representations, the actual apartment bore little resemblance to the advertised images.
