Terrible company! Will take your money in manipulative ways and remodel their rentals out of your pocket and claiming well its legal". 1970s laminate to hardwood floor that tenant pays for!! You should be ashamed of yourselves you lying manipulating thieves!
Worse landlord I have had in 28 years. After moving out they charged for every single scratch and then some. Didn't even call to ask if we wanted to come and fix anything ourselves that they thought was wrong, which is in the state laws. To give us 24 or 48 hours (I can't remember exactly) to fix any problems. In stead they charged us for everything even gas to run to get items. Each item had a separate gas charge.
