I have lived here since 2014. I was very impressed with the property manager's attention to my concerns when I reached out today, as well as great service from the maintenance guy who came in. My dishwasher is running nicely, AND he went the extra mile and fixed the draft under my door. Super happy to be treated with respect and a level of importance.
- "corner apartments have a mold problem" -maintenance - They will tow your car for being parked in the parking lot on plow day *after* the lot has been plowed - They will kick you out if you don't come pick up a parking pass even if you don't park in the parking lot because their normal punishment for not having a parking pass (towing your car) won't work
Has mold problem. Hot water only last for a good 3 minutes. And only some plug-ins work but not all. Walls are super thin. Landlord is a twisted witch with a drinking problem. Not a safe place to live
