Great service. Normal people that can explain everything to you and don’t have any attitude about doing so. Loved working with this company.
Staff was extremely helpful and informative regarding a water issue I was having in my house.
Great water testing lab located in Four Corners. Very friendly and helpful staff. Go in and pick up free collection bottles and then be sure to have your samples in by 4:00 p.m. M-TH and noon on Friday. Bacteria samples need to be in within 24 hours of sampling. Pretty easy process.
The BAL team is top-notch. Customer service was above and beyond. I needed a water/well test completed in short order and they were able to accommodate my timeline. The owner of the lab spoke with me directly about the test results and was happy to provide some guidance based on the data he observed. Highly recommend.
