Management is off-site. She was 30 minutes late for my appointment to show the unit. The unit was upper level, holes in the wall, very uneven floors, the bedroom smelled OVERWHELMINGLY of stale cigarette-smoke. There were also boxes of rotting food sitting outside the apartment door; a missed delivery. However, the rotting food indicated no one is regulating activities in this complex. I've lived at the Bridgeport for 10 years. It's a really nice place. Management is awesome.
This place used to be great to live in. However, there must have been a change in property management. Now, we wait for months for anything to get repaired, if at all. Our shower has been broken for months, and they won't send anyone to fix it. There is an old rickety fence out back that they refuse to have fixed. Now, people just walk in off the streets and go through everyone's backyards to steal stuff. Management does nothing about it. They allow trash to just sit in the yards, and nobody picks it up. If you like having roaches and homeless people camping under your stairs definitely come here
Management refuses to fix anything then raised my rent $200 after my lease. Absolute scam, management are closer to slumlords than landlords
