Absolutely terrible service understaffed is a understatement. Candy the receptionist is the worst here by far. She has no compassion at all. Billing has been a nightmare. They had over 2 weeks to find out something. We'll it never happened so we do it day if the appointment. She says she can't wait and can't call. But I need to pay and they might reimburse me. Well it's covered and she still wants me to pay. I will absolutely be fighting this.
I invite the office or staff to contact me and rectify this situation. My biggest problem was being charged a 300$ consultation fee where nobody said more then 10 words to me about anything. I also contacted the office before driving out their about cost but they told me they couldn't tell me anything. Could have told me their would be a 300$ consulation fee.
