I made an new patient appointment for 11am with doctor Castillo, I even call back to confirm the time and the address of the clinic. Well, I arrived on time for an 11am appointment and I was told that my appointment was at 10am. They made me fill out a questioner on the iPad just so they could tell me after that the doctor was not going to see me because I missed the appointment. I asked if I could reschedule and was told that the doctor wasn’t going to accept me as a patient anymore. What a way to ‘care’ for people.
The Doctor is amazing and goes over all issues, paying attention to everything you have to say.
