The check in clerk, and the doctor were nice... but the LPNs (hopefully not nurses, with the condescending attitudes they had) were so annoyed to have to do their job, and they take it out on the patients. They are absolutely the kind of people who make you feel bad for trying to feel better.
I thought maybe I was having a bad day, but after reading the reviews I have a better understanding of why I was treated this way today. The lack of professionalism in the office is the reason people will never go back, which is unfair to the providers because he was the only professional person I encountered. I wasn’t greeted or even made to feel like I was welcome, more of a bother.
