They failed to call in the prescription for my son’s bronchitis. We went to the pharmacy expecting it there and it wasn’t. The pharmacy called and received no result. I called and spoke to a rude receptionist who just stated it wasn’t her fault. We will never give them our business again! This was very inconvenient to deal with considering we had a sick child with us! Go to cardinal pediatrics in Bridgeport. Do not go here. We are now home waiting on them to call it on. 😡
dr. Ned Hess did a very complete and precise diagnosis I was completely satisfied the staff are very friendly I would recommend this facility to everyone
Bridgeport Express Care filled an urgent need when Medbrook Medical ceased business. Would never go to Med Express. Too corporate and greedy, terrible location. Bridgeport Express Care doctors, PAs and staff are extremely knowledgeable and more than willing to go the distance to find solutions to your medical problems. I rate them 5 stars and a 10 out of 10.
The staff is wonderful, caring, kind and patient. The doctors and assistants are knowledgeable and open to any questions I have.
Broken bones are not fun, they do nothing
Check-in was prompt and pleasant. We were seen by a doctor quickly. My husband saw PA Ned Hess. He was patient, knowledgable, courteous, and took the time to answer our questions and concerns. The nurse was Chavon Frazier and she was also patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Bridgeport Express Care.
After 2.5 hours there, they said my daughter has strep and would send prescription... That was at 3:00... It is now 5:30 they are closed and still no prescription at pharmacy...I called 10 minutes before they closed asking if it has been sent yet and that was told no... They would talk to physician
The staff is always extremely nice and helpful when we need to visit. We usually don't wait very long at all. All of the Physicians and PA's take time to listen to you and seem to really care about the patient. You won't be dissatisfied!
