I am being kind with a 3 star review. I arranged a store to store transfer of a rifle on 4/23/26 from the Marietta Ohio store to the Pennsboro store which is at best an hours drive. It is now 4/30/26 and it hasn't even left yet. The gun department told me on 4/24/26 that the transfer would take 3-4 days. They told me today 4/30/26 they have no idea when it will make it to the Pennsboro store here in WV. I have to say that is some good customer service, right ?
