I have lived there a year and they have had 3 maintenance crews. Maintenance keeps quitting because the owners don’t want to spend money to fix anything. I went two months without heat.. They have been out 5 times to fix my AC. They have a huge water bug/ cockroach problem.. Basement fill up with sewage when it rains.. When I turned on the water in my bathtub it came out Brown I had to let it run it took them 10 months to replace the pipes. The manager is horrible she serves no purpose along with the leasing agents.
On March 23, 2021, I took my friend to look @ these apartments because & we were greeted by Ms. Beth Lowe and I was absolutely pleased to say she was very courteous, kind, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable Assistant Property Manager. I wanted to give a special thanks to her and I wanted to let her immediate supervisors and manager know. She was very attentive to my friend needs and questions regarding the apartment details. Her sense of work ethic was awesome.
