Very petty They leave notices under your door about the pettiest things. I paid my rent late by one day and the left me an eviction warning three days later. Also the parking situation is horrible.
Business response:
Rent is due on the first and late after the fifth. Between the 6th to the 8th of the month, we put late notices under the door; not a 3-day eviction notice. It does help if tenants call the office if rent will be late. I have not had any complaints regarding the parking. But we did cement work over the summer to keep the parking lot in good order. This may have caused some inconvenience.
