Business was recommended by my neurologist's team at Rush. I sent an email inquiry about Saturday appointments and got a response telling me that they only have M-Th appointments. I responded that any day is fine and did not get a reply. I forwarded my response twice more over the next couple of weeks and got no reply. I called their office and left a message and got no reply. Not sure what is going on, but it is highly unprofessional.
